The Seacor owned offshore supply vessel was dry docked for class renewal and general repairs in No1 dry dock.

PCV 1

MMS recently completed the Pollution Control vessel it has been developing over the last 2 years. A subsidiary company of MMS has been formed called Envirocat. Three models have been developed: the 9 metre Envirocat Harbour, the 16 metre Envirocat Coast and the 24 metre Envirocat Sea.

UKD Bluefin

The UKD Bluefin is photographed in the No 2 dry dock. Work included a full shot blast from keel to bulwarks and new coating system, refurbishment of both propulsion shafts, pump repairs and the installation of new bottom dump doors.

Iron Maiden

The MMS construction barge Iron Maiden is photographed transporting the 180 ton Tidal Power Generator into the Humber. The barge has recently been refurbished and modified and can be submersed into the dry dock to off load units weighing upto 300 tons. The Iron Maiden is classed with the American Bureau of Shipping.

Shetland Trader

Isle of Wight based Faversham Ships vessel is pictured prior to opening the No 2 dry dock gates in preparation for engine trials. The vessel was docked for classification renewal, high pressure washing and painting and general repairs.

Klazina C

Carisbrooke Shipping's Klazina C is pictured in the No 2 dry dock. A vessel survey was carried out in Antwerp between the owners and yard representatives which followed a proposal and quotation to replace the main generators. Access holes were cut through the vessel's stern and fore deck to allow renewal of the 2 generating sets. Other work carried out included high pressure washing and painting plus general maintenance.

Centrica Pride

The Seacor offshore support vessel Centrica Pride dry docked for class renewal, propulsion shaft refurbishment and general repairs.

UKD Marlin

The UKD Marlin is pictured in No 2 dry dock with repairs being carried out to the vessel stern seals and bottom dump doors.

Ivy

The general cargo vessel Ivy was dry docked for class renewal, general repairs, high pressure wash and full re-paint.

Highland Pride

The Gulf Offshore owned offshore support vessel Highland Pride dry docked for class renewal, propulsion shaft refurbishment, general repairs and full re-paint. It is photographed in the MMS No 2 dry dock.

Summity

The James Fisher tanker Summity is pictured in the No 2 dry dock, undergoing class renewal, general repairs, high pressure wash and full re-paint.

Scot Pioneer

The general cargo vessel Scot Pioneer was dry docked for class renewal and general repairs and is photographed in the No 1 dry dock.

Yeoman

The SMS owned Yeoman is pictured in the No 1 dry dock whilst undergoing propulsion seal repairs.

James Newman

The Woolwich ferry James Newman is photographed in the No 2 dry dock, all 3 ferries including the Ernest Bevin and the John Burns have been extensively upgraded at the shipyard during the last year.

City of Chichester

United Marine Aggregates owned vessel the City Of Chichester dry docked for various repairs and survey work and is pictured in the No 1 dock.

Far Scotia

The offshore support vessel owned by Farstad is photographed in the No 1 dry dock prior to undocking.  Whilst undergoing various repairs the hull was grit blasted and re-coated with an Intersleek 2000 paint system.
